After an understandable hiatus for a few years, EchoLan returned in 2023 with a whole new venue and a fresh approach to the LAN experience. Introducing waterfront views at the Birkenhead Yacht Club, an on-site chef serving premium food, and a renewed focus on the classic LAN games of old.

Friday opened up with Whiteb0b and MrKiwi hosting their first in-person PubQuiz, followed by Muppet and MrKiwi spinning tunes on the decks for an hour to get the LAN pumping.

Saturday is when things really took off, featuring Killing Floor 2, a Tekken tournament, Warcraft III, and Project CARS 2. Of course, the evening featured the grand return of the King of Games, with the night owls staying up late to enjoy Jackbox into the early hours of the morning.

Sunday brought the focus back to team-based FPS games, with Call of Duty 4 followed by Enlisted to round out an incredible comeback weekend.
